Our French Rolling Pins are typically 16" long and about 2" thick in the middle, tapering to the edges. Click "zoom" to see them full length. They are individually turned of kiln-dried hard maple and are finished through multiple grits then finished with food safe Walnut Oil. They just work better than any pin we have found, making rolling out any type of pastry or dough easier to get an even thickness as you have more control over the dough. These are the style rolling pins usually found on the best cooking shows. At 16" they fit in a drawer, and are so easy to clean with hand washing. They seldom need to be retreated. Each comes with a care tag. Who wouldn't want one to have and one to give?
