It is turned of maple sourced in the Catskills of NY showing spectacular “eyes” of bark inclusions. It is 10” tall and 5 ¼” across the base. It is carefully sanded through several grits and finished with a durable lacquer. Like our other mills it comes signed, dated and the wood is identified. This design is functional and artful. The mechanism is fully adjustable to obtain the grind you prefer. . Hand ground coffee, while slower than an electric grinder, yields coffee that is lower in acid and not "burned" in the grinder.
