George had a wonderful piece of Redwood Burl and turned these 3 mills with a simple shape that shows the amazing grain of the Redwood Burl. #2181 is the "Antique" style pepper mill, and #2183 is the Valve top pepper mill. #2181 is a valve top salt mill. You can chose one, or two or the amazing set of the three mills. He used domestic ash, also with a wonderful grain, for the caps.

The "Antique" style mill is easy to fill and adjustable. It is 9 5/8" tall, 2 1/2" across the base. The valve top mills are each 6 1/2" tall and 2 1/2" across the base. The pepper mill is adjustable and the salt mill has a ceramic grinding mechanism that resists corrosion from the salt. These two mechanisms are made in the USA. Like each of our mills, each is signed, dated, the woods are identified, and there is a number that is in our database for identification.

This set is sold, but we can create a similar one for you, and you will be able to chose the woods!

The mills will come in gift boxes with a starter of pepper or salt unless you advise us otherwise!
